I have created a 2-hour agenda with these features:
  • up to 5 speakers for manual speeches (4 are set to display on a normal night, with 5 have to hide Table Topics)
  • an alternate (backup) speaker in case of a cancellation
  • a separate speaking slot for a speaker who is presenting one of the educational modules (we have over a dozen of these each year)
  • 5 evaluators (the fifth one hidden)
  • a business session (with a list of agenda items (Approval of minutes - reports of officers - elections - unfinished business - new business). Items can be deleted if not required.
  • An announcement area for upcoming events
  • a "For the Good of Toastmasters" item to let members share their good news or stories of success
  • The roles of Chair to handle business within the meeting and Toastmaser to act as MC for the program part of the meeting (introduce role players, TT master, speakers, General Evaluator [who introduces evaluators), and calls for reports.)
  • Includes a Toast, a thought or humour segment, and a QuizMaster, who poses questions to test listening skills.

Are you interested in this for a template?
