Lots of people can not seem to "remember" their club numbers. This makes sending email broadcasts difficult since they don't know what to fill in for 00000 in addresses like
"This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it."

Bo has told us it is not feasible to allow a club name (alias) like

"This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it."

instead of the number, so here is one kind of work-around.

If your email client allows you to create either aliases or "distribution lists" (Outlook, Outlook Express, etc.) then have your users create an alias or distribution list like "members-manassas" with the underlying address of the only recipient being "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.". They can of course create other such "lists" for "officers", "guests" andf soforth and they only have to look up "manassas==>6585" ONCE!
