Your home page needs some pictures and more information.

I like calendars. as I cannot always remember whether this is the 2nd or 3rd Tuesday this month, or what happens when there are 3 of them. For visitors, you could have the meetings on the calendar linked to different maps for that date.

Your club awards page has a picture that doesn't show.

The district 63 link goes to an expired domain.

The SharePoint link gives an error.

In order to continue to have this forum section be useful into the future, we need to request that everyone contribute to it.

Therefore, we are implementing "Get an evaluation, give an evaluation." . Basically, we are requesting those who have received a website evaluation give a Toastmasters style website evaluation for at least one other club that has requested an evaluation in this forum section. (You get to choose which club website to do the website evaluation for.) Just post your impressions: things you like about the website, and areas for improvement. Everyone has something to offer... just trust your instincts.

This is Blaine Little, VPPR with Heart of Tennessee, just down the road in the 'Boro.

I am really new to Free Toast Host, and it is very different from any other website template I have used, so I just make small adjustments here and there. I recommend you do the same. As I like to remind people, Rome wasn't built in a day.

Just at first glance, there is a lot of WHITE on the screen. You can change the BACKGROUND to a warm color, and it not effect the white panels of your content. You might also want to consider adding color to your menus. A splash of color will keep people on your site longer. Also, the use of local photos is HUGE! People want to know the people they will meet are going to be friendly.

Your Linked In link took me to the TMI Linked In, NOT a club account. You may want to get some social media for your club to promote HCA, not the International. You might want to consider Facebook and Twitter. You have "sharePoint" link that is dead.

Club Awards... GREAT. Very powerful! Does anyone in your club have any recent photos of anyone receiving the award?

Considering most clubs in Division D don't have anything aside from the name changed, or even ACTIVE, we're both way ahead of the curve. A local club I have looked to a lot over the past 8 months, have been the Bridgestone Babblers! Check them out; 966806.toastmastersclubs.org/ They have a lot of original content and photos. Very attractive site.

1. You have two sites that link to nothing... the D63 website needs to be updated or they moved it.

2. The site point link does not go any where either

3. I agree with the others... Add some pictures to home page or links going to other pages. Such the calendar, directions or/and newsletter page

Some things I think could use addressing . . .
The first thing I noticed is that from the homepage, I haven't a clue as to where HCA Artful Articulators is located. Yes, I see Ramparts Building and Parallon Corporate, but are those in NYC, Dallas, Toronto, London, or Taiwan? It is only when I click the Meeting Information/Directions link that I read you are in Tennessee.

The "contact us" text on the homepage could be linked to the "Contact Us" page.

I imagine this is a corporate club. Is it open to the public? Checking Outlook isn't going to be helpful to someone not in the organization.

Very minor, but I prefer the date range style of 2014-15 rather than 2014-2015.
