Karen,

I will evaluate your site as a visitor.

I like the color combinations of the home page, not too much, and a good contrast for readability. A great "action" picture of the club. A lot of good useful information about the club and Toastmasters. A good mention of the the meeting location and time. You could make the "VISIT A MEETING TODAY" a link to the calendar very easily.

On your Meeting Information/Directions page, I am not sure why there are two maps. Again, another mention of the frequency of meetings and time, a little more reinforcement.

Your contact form shows 3 members with phone numbers which shows you are sharing the responsibility.

Meet Our Members page is another nice background color with some nice profiles. Check the social media links, some work, some don't.

I see by the club calendar that you have meetings planned well in advance along with division and district events. I would link all of the weekly meetings back to the Meeting Directions page and the division and district events.

Your Public downloads only has one non Toastmasters International stock document, which really is for members, not visitors.

Your distinguished page is nice. Maybe add a member achievements page as well.

Your district link only shows the district URL, it doesn't go there. Check the custom page settings.

Your Mission Statement looks lonely. Maybe incorporate that back into the home page or part of an FAQ page.

Your hit counter shows quite a few visitors since you turned it on.

Great job!

How do I link the words on my Home page "Visit a Meeting Today" to our Club Calendar.

These links are making me pull out my hair as I am not experienced in anything like this. Your help will be most appreciated. I want our website to invite visitors.

How do you delete a Public Download? There is no trash can.

Thanks.

First Impression
Colors don't flow.

Homepage
I love that I know where and when this club meets right away.

I am not a fan of the all capital letters in "METROCREST TOASTMASTERS" and "OPEN TO THE PUBLIC"

Love the photograph!

I think the beginning text on the page is very good. The ending text reads like coporate-speak. I would personalize this more the Metrocrest audience.

VISIT A MEETING TODAY link is all capitals.

Meeting Information/Directions
Well done!

Meet Our Members
Looks good. Try to convince the members without bios to complete them. It's a struggle, I know. :)

Distinguished Members
I'm confused by this page. Is it for DTMs or is there another criteria used? I ask because the first person is listed as CC. That person also wrote her own bio. I think this page works better written in the third person.

Rather than insert a graphic with all that text, I would rather have it as straight text on the page with the photographs of the distinguished Toastmasters.

How to Login
I like this. Perhaps change the text so it's not all caps.

Social Media
Facebook page hasn't been updated in more than a month.

Hit Counter
I am not a fan of this style of hit counter; it reminds me of web sites from 1995. Google Analytics provides far more valuable information than this does and is not visible to the user. Free Toast Host has a spot to add the Google Analytics code, much like adding a google map.

Overall, you have the kind of content a prospective member is looking for. I find the variety of colors employed to be a distraction more than stylistic. Each area has a different color background. The pink and purple do not match the Toastmaster color set.

Good job!
