Overall, you are off to a good start.

1. I like the use of the Toastmasters Journey piece, but I would suggest using photos of your club members in it. (recreate it with club member photos)

2. You could use a little bit more color. (just a little)

3. I suggest italicizing Fast Trackers in the banner.

4. Put an exterior photo of your meeting place on your Meeting Info page.

5. The photos and bios that you have for your club officers on the M.O.M. page are good, but you should try to get the rest of them also.

6. Put the meeting notes in individual files that you upload via the file manager. You will run out of space at some point with your current approach. Web page length has a limit.

7. You home page could use a bit more of a value proposition specific to your club... what is in it for them.

Good start... good luck!

You have obviously done a lot of work in putting together your thoughts for the web site. You have much valuable information on your home page and have it organized in groups that make sense. One thing I wondered about is whether there might be TOO much 'information for a visitor to absorb on a first visit--something to think about. Maybe larger type with key facts might work better. I haven't been giving a lot of attention to ours so I may not be of much help. I'm trying to look at mine from the standpoint of what I expect to learn about an organization when I'm planning to visit a meeting. What I'm doing is asking my visitors what they thought when they saw our page. You might try that.

Thank you. I think you have a valid point about it being too text heavy.

Hi David…Nice job.

(1) I suggest you put the visit and see for yourself section at the top of your homepage and add something more about learning leadership skills.

(2) I also noticed that your meetings start at 4:45 am on the calendar?

(3) I agree that you should change the picture…especially if someone went to the International site to find your site.

(4) I think I would put the information in the sources and resources section in the members only section.
Thank You
