FreeToastHost 4 Support - Default meeting description

The meeting description appears at the top of an agenda and forms its header. The default meeting description will appear in every new agenda that is created. It can help create a consistent appearance to the club's agendas.

This is a standard edit panel and can make use of images as well as text. (The example shown here is rather plain.)

Any individual agenda can have its meeting description edited if necessary.
