FreeToastHost 4 Support - Follow-up with guests and others

Follow-up is for keeping records of contacts with a guest (or member in some cases).

It is purely a record-keeping function, and doesn't actually do anything (such as send emails).

Go to Manage members → Follow-up

Select the person

Select person

Enter the relevant details and save.

Follow-up details

If you have other names you wish to record details for, you can choose them from the Person drop-down list, and continue.
