Follow-up is for keeping records of contacts with a guest (or member in some cases).

It is purely a record-keeping function, and doesn't actually do anything (such as send emails).

Go to Membership Management → Follow-up

Select the person

Enter the relevant details and save.

If you have other names you wish to record details for, you can choose them from the Person drop-down list, and continue.
