Online signup allows the VP Ed or admin to enter a number of names quickly for upcoming meetings.

It differs from the signup / attendance page in that signup / attendance is only for a single member, not the whole club.

Access it from the Manage Meetings area.

A number of upcoming meetings are shown.

Each drop-down list contains the entire membership. Assignments can quickly be made, and names that are already there can be changed if necessary.

If the club (or, rather, the VP Ed) is using the Agenda Forecaster, roles filled by the Forecaster are marked with a star.
