Thanks, Brian. I could get access to the site as admin. However, the list of members seems to be outdated and not showing the updated one. Is there a way to request refresh of the club's data?

Did you receive the ClubAdmin welcome email?
Did you read it carefully? You need gto follow its instructions to reset the ClubAdmin password and use the new ClubAdmin user to log in.

No, we didn't receive any welcome email and most of the members in the list are no longer with the club.
To gain access, the reset form was sent to club's email for approval. I could set myself as the admin after the request was approved.
