It is up to the VPE to manage the time in the agenda. They need to have conversations with the club to have the members contact them if they want to do an extended speech so the VPE can remove the other seaker slots.

The text on the signup is small so more will fit on the page, the members can use the CTRL + or cmd + to make it larger. Every browser has that capability.

The welcome email should show a from of who is logged in and sent the email.

The basic email cannot attach filles. You can use the file manager, upload the file and copy the link and paste the link in the email.

The templates are in alphabetical order. For the majority of clubs that have 4 or 5 agendas that would be the correct order

We will not be changing FTH to adapt to any third party applications. If you cannot get the information from the clubs public pages then you are out of luck.
