We don't receive the login key to restore the account password

Dear Sir/Madam

I am a new executive member of the Toronto Engineering Club of Speakers (Club Number: Club 02387295, Area 1, Division A, District 60 )

I was trying to create a new account for the club but apparently a previous member created a Free Toast Host account for us.

I am trying to recover the password and receive this message "A login key was sent to the administrator e-mail address on file". However, we are not receiving such email in our official email account (tec.speakers@gmail.com).

What should we do about this?

Hi Linda,

Here is Angelia. I am the current VP PR of the TECS toastmasters club.

David was our first VP PR. He left the club more than two years ago. We have his email address and have made several attempts to contact him. Unfortunately, he does not respond. We do not have access to the email that he registered the website with, nor did he leave us with the password. We are wondering if you may help us to change the current site admin to our club email address: tec.speakers@gmail.com.

If you use the form that Brain provided the link for, it will go to the email on record for the club at Toastmasters International.
