Club Calendar not populate with Agendas

Hi There,

I did some searches and I see other people have encountered the bug where club agendas are not autopopulating in the calendar.

The fix seems to be on the backend. There certainly is not rush, but I sure would appreciate that backend fix be applied for our club.

Thanks a million for all that you do!

-Nick

I just tried it and it works... I created one and then deleted it after checking it...

Try it again...

The code is working as intended.

The issue is that you have a zero duration agenda which is essentially a to-do list, not a real agenda, and you expect me to support a terrible practice with a smile while you are telling me that we have a bug.

I will change the code to support the zero duration agenda that you are pointing to. :pinch:

Edit: Looks like the issue is by design. Thanks again for your help -Nick

Hi Linda,

Thank you for the prompt response.

Just to add more info, I was originally using Firefox 38.0.5 in Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit.

I'm afraid this is still happening.

In order to isolate this issue from a webrowser based issue:
-I logged in with a completely different web browser (this time Google Chrome 43.02357.81m).
-I successfully created a test agenda on August 6, 2015, and
-as it is not appearing in the calendar, reproduced this issue.
This appears to be a server side application issue unless I am missing something.

As you can see in the screenshot, our older agendars the previous VPE made all appear in the calendar, and there doesn't appear to be an option to hide/show them selectively.

Thanks for your help.

HI Steve,

I do apologize, I am just following the practices in place from previous VPEs in this club. This is a lot to take in at first, and the site documentation could be better organized. When I clear my plate, I will look into helping improve that. Maybe a video of some sort.

Let me add that there doesn't appear to be a way to print a quality agenda, so there isn't an incentive to spend a lot of time putting times in when all I am going to do is open the legacy XLS, dump it into Excel and mail merge into the official TI Agenda template (with some style sheets so it's manageable). www.toastmasters.org/Leadership-Central/...1DFB0BA2097F229.ashx I think this website is great, but as a former typesetter and type geek, I "gotta" put out a beautiful agenda every week.

Thanks for your help and it is refreshing that you're willing to bend the logic in place to help out with this.
