Creating a group of non-members for a dual Club Contest Agenda

Can I create a group of TMs members from another Club, that can remain separate from my general members, but whose names I can access as a site admin to add them to our dual Club Agenda? I have to be able to isolate them from any general emailing to my members.
Is this possible? Thank you. Steve

You can only add members to the agenda. However, even with that, you can probably monkey with the Membership Management module to create some "members" for your need.

For example, you could put the other club members in Membership Management and just prefix each name with an underscore so that they get sorted/grouped together. Since underscores are converted to hard spaces by the system, I believe you would just see a space before each of those names on the agenda.

As far as separation for emailing, I would just suggest creating a couple of custom groups for that via the custom groups tab in MM.

To make sure they don't get member emails - don't put their email addresses on the Member tab (where you have their names starting with the underscore, or however you choose to name them).

If you do want to include them in any other emails, add their real names and addresses to one of the other groups that don't get bulk email, and set up custom groups as Steve suggested. You'll have to forward the agenda to their custom group.

Pam nailed it. Enter them as members, but don't give them an email address. Worked great! Thanks, Pam!

Steve's point adds a tweak to Pam's, but what I did was precede each name with their Club name, again, like Steve says, so they get grouped together and not alphabetize throughout my own members. Thank, Steve!

Pam mentioned "You'll have to forward the agenda to their custom group."
How do you do that? The email agenda function only allows you to send the agenda to the VPE, TM or members.

I'm from club 1150.
