Inconsistent Behavior of "Ignore this role..." agenda checkbox

While I love this new functionality, I'm seeing inconsistent behavior.

1. Past agendas have been impacted - roles seem to be randomly marked to ignore (even Toastmaster!)

2. In both existing agendas and a template, I'm fighting with the checkbox on a number of role/agenda items. I can't tell whether it saves and then reverts upon my next change, or if two separate roles are somehow connected so that when I change one, the other one follows.

3. Not sure if this is related, but some roles are now not appearing in the Multiple Meeting Sign-up Sheet. - General Evaluator, for example, is assigned, but two of the 5 weeks do not display.

Thank you,

When you created the original agenda in the admin section, that is where you can state how you want all agendas to appear when you start them. That way, when you start a new agenda in the agenda page, by clicking on the plus sign, everything you want to appear will appear.

There are only 3 history reports affected by this currently: role history, speech history, and the spreadsheet version of the role history. Those are the only reports that reference the setting to ignore items.

Only roles which are sign up roles show on the sign-up sheet. Your General Evaluator roles don't have "This is a role for which members can sign up" checked.

Ok, I took a look and there was an issue with the checkboxes not getting properly loaded when you edit a role... There could have been "leftovers" from prior edits which would look random. Should be fixed now.

Thanks for the heads up!!! :cheer: :cheer: :cheer:

Thank you, but I really don't know how to be more specific on this.

1. When I accessed past meeting agendas (such as October 10, 2016), I found that the Toastmaster role was checked to "ignore this role...". It was a sign-up role, appear on the agenda, etc. As I continued to review past agendas, I found the same - but the impacted roles were not necessarily consistent. While I went through quite a few, my concern is that I have no way to confirm that there are not others impacted unless I go through every role/agenda item for every agenda in the past. I think the real issue is that NONE of the past agendas should have this box checked unless I manually chose to do so.

2. For future agendas that are already in place, as well as the agenda template, I found that my Ah-Counter role had the "ignore" box checked. I unchecked it, saved and confirmed it was still unchecked. The next agenda item is "Meeting Speakers". It is not a sign-up 'role' and I don't want it to appear on history reports. Therefore, I check the box and save. When I return to Ah-Counters, the ignore box is checked again. I've attached screenshots of the ah-counter role unchecked before, then the next role when i check it, then my return to the ah-counter role to find it checked again. I do save each step.

3. My third issue seems to have been resolved. So I can't say what the issue with that was.
