Automatic email confirmation copy for Welcome and Web Login Info

Dear IT,
I am president and also serving as VP membership for the Heart of Cary Toastmasters. Recently, I have not received the auto confirmation copy of the welcome website login emails I've sent to the last few new members. One of them I followed up with never received the email. Could you go back to sending the auto email confirmation copy for these? It's really good peace of mind.

The copies of the welcome emails go to the site admin.

We would need to know who the "One of them" is to search the logs

The last new member who did not receive the email generated from our ToastHost website was Kerry Mead. The previous new members I asked did not respond. Their names are Marita Gonzales and Jing Fan.

There is also the issue with the sender such as me not receiving the automatic email confirmation copies of the emails sent. I only saw the message stating the email was sent at the time I pressed send.

Have them check their junk/spam boxes. I can see the emails going to them and the site admin as they are supposed to.
