Okay, I will pass on the message. I have seen in some of the other posts something about adding an email address to the white list? Would this help in her case?
To be clear, the particular whitelist that would matter in this case is
the whitelist with the users email agent / email provider (whitelist FTH server email address) and
*not* your club website email whitelist in the admin console. In other words, the user's email agent needs to be "told" to allow email from the FTH server (don't block us). This is different from the whitelist in the admin console--that is used to tell the server not to block emails it *receives*.
I only bring this up as I think sometimes people get confused by which whitelist is relevant.
