Thank you Pam.

I did suggest one to reload the site from server. No change. Still had the problem with the custom page.

I then disabled cookies and deleted them from my cache. I got a message when I attempted to log in that cookies were disabled and the login didn't succeed. I then re-enabled cookies. No change. Still had the problem with the custom page.

I then took everything off the page and just put in the word "test" on the page. No change. Still had the problem with the custom page.

Something strange is definitely going on. If this was a big problem, then lots more people would be reporting it. Surely there are lots of clubs with custom web pages. I really need help resolving this because this page is how we communicate upcoming roles to members. Without it, our members can't sign up for meeting roles. We started this page in July, and only one person reported a problem. I assumed she was the problem. Then others reported problems in August, and then I had the exact same problem. So this is widespread amongst our club. I'm very tech savvy and want to help you help me. I'm happy to video conference you in with my software to show you what I'm seeing. Maybe that will give you an idea?

Steve, I'm not exactly sure how to look for a javascript error. I'm good but can't quite figure that out!

I was able to open up the dev tools window. When I preserved the console log, I could see that the site was navigating to the other custom pages; however, when I went to UpcomingRoles.html, it says it simply went to the home page. It never tried to go to the custom page. When I hover over the link in the menu, it says it is pointing to the custom page. When I try to put the URL directly into the browser, it also goes to the home page (and the console log records the same). Very strange. Something is going on.

I just changed the name of the custom page from UpcomingRoles.html to month.html. Now the page loads. What the heck? Why would the name matter? We'll see if the new name causes problems in the next few days. If the pattern holds true, the page will work for a few days and then break again.

Thank you for checking in. Since I changed the page name from UpcomingRoles.html to month.html 24hrs ago, the problem has not come back. However, I'm not confident this is resolved. I'd appreciate anyone who would think into why renaming the page would solve the issue. I've already renamed the page once last month and the problem came back. Something strange is going on.
