I agree this sounds like the same issue, and your fix makes sense. Will this automatically start working for our members? I'm not sure I can adequately communicate to our members how to clear their cache, nor am I confident they can do that on their own.

Just tell them to click the reload link on the bottom of the screen. I think that should do it.

If that does not do it, then direct them to our docs:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/clearing-browser-cache

The reload button on the bottom is an easy fix. We'll monitor in the next two weeks and see if this issue is finally resolved. In the meantime, should we take our club website out of test mode?

You cannot take it out of test... I will handle that.

All test mode does is cause you to run an isolated copy of the website code so that if I test changes it does not affect everyone else.

Can you take our website out of test so that it no longer shows up that way in the title of the site?
