This seems to be a bit of a Catch-22 situation.  Your VPE is also your VPPR, and your FTH vppr alias email address is being spammed a lot.  This is getting through to bigpond, and they are rejecting it, so it isn't actually your VPE that is initiating the spam, but because bigpond is rejecting it, it is being flagged by our system as a bad address.  Your VPPR won't actually ever receive the spam email.

Note that it is her bigpond.com address that has been caught up in this, even though her secondary address has been removed (I have no idea why only that one has been flagged)
My suggestion is that you change your spam assassin threshold to 3 - that is the most conservative (I'm also a bigpond user and have used that setting for my club for years without any problems missing good email).  See the last paragraph in this document:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/reducing-spam

Once you've changed the threshold, let us know so that we can reset her bounce count.
