Hello,
I know I currently have a thread going elsewhere but I don't want to mix the topics.

Is there a way today to hide or simply not show the Meeting Agenda Option within the Members Only Menu?

Our club doesn't use the web based agenda as we are currently using a word file that we send out via email. I know this process is archaic but it is the way it has been done in our club for many years now.
Since I will soon make a push for members to use the website a lot more, I don't want to create any confussion when they see the option for Meeting Agendas above, and that's why I want to make it not visible.

As a second issue, eventually, I will like to agenda tool so I am also working on trying to see if I can get the website agenda to have a similar feel as what we have to today, so I also have the following questions:
1. Is there a way to add more content at the bottom of Agenda's so when its printed it looks more like what we have today, see attached file.
2. Can you guys look into adding a little more control to Agenda Creation. Position of roles, instead of just dragging up and down. Say position number much like on custom websites.
3. Could you look into adding some "fillables" as well so they can be used as place holders for "Theme" and "Word of the day"

Thank you,

Edwin Vasquez

Regarding these questions (I recommend adding them as improvement suggestions):

1. Yes. The trick to this is to realize that the agenda items are essentially dumb text entry cells in a table. The agenda code does not really know whether the text you enter is an agenda item or, for example, contact info of your club officers. (I have an "item" for officer contact info on the bottom of my club agendas.) Because of this, you really have a lot of flexibility in what you add as an "item" in the agenda.

2. It will be done in the future. The custom menu reordering tool is the prototype for the approach that will be used for the agenda in the future. We will keep the drag and drop, just add other methods to reorder. (Like up/down arrow "move row" buttons on each row, also.) I really do not like the drag and drop much myself, either.

3. You can put form fields into the meeting description box now (in Source View). We just do not show the icons for those on the editor toolbar. The other issue is persistent storage. Most people will want what is entered to be stored and retrieved later for everyone in the club. I have an idea for handling that.
