One of my fellow club members can never log on with a password she has set. Every time she tries it fails and she has to click "Authenticate/Login" without a password as if she forgot her password which she has not. Then she can go to her e-mail and use the authentication link to get to the website and do whatever she needs to do. When she tries to log on again later using the reset password, it doesn't work and she has to do it all over again.

Has anyone seen this? Suggestions?

Once they click on authenticate password and they get an email to re-enter the site, they need to click on the link, which takes them back to the site and then they need to immediately make up a new password. Are they doing that? I had a member that had the same thing happen to them and this is what I told them, because most people do not understand that... My club member now can get into the website no problem... Try that first.... Assist them and see if that helps.
