A member of 1089523 (Gary Hildebrand) (he also belongs to the club I belong to (154) .. is trying to log in to 1089523's website and his password isn't working. I instructed him to leave password blank and wait for an email with link to login so he can get in and change his password to something he can remember.

he has not received the email from FTH to get into the site. He check his spam box. I double checked to make sure his email was listed correctly in their membership list and it is. (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.)

I told him I would help get it figured out for him.. but at this point I can't go further to help without some help myself.

I just sent a password request for Gary and can see it leaving and received via the server logs.

Have him check his spam box.

I am having the same issue for myself - Mark Haley in club # 5323665.

I have checked my spam/junk and every other folder but have not received it. The admin Stephanie put in my email correctly and has even received emails stating that I have requested to setup, but I can't seem to receive the email.

I can see the email being received by your email service you need to ask them what they are doing with your email

I told Gary you sent an email. This morning (or late last evening) he emailed and said he still hadn't received it.. He says he checked Spam.. I am puzzled as to what could be going on.

Members using Gmail

If you have a member that uses Gmail and is having difficulty receiving emails generated or forwarded by the FreeToastHost email system, please have them create a Gmail filter as follows to prevent FreeToastHost emails being classified as spam:

Load Gmail.
Click the down arrow in the search box at the top to show the search options.
Enter @toastmastersclubs.org in the From field.
Click Create filter with this search link at bottom right of search options box.
Click the checkbox to the left of Never send it to Spam.
Click the blue Create Filter button.
Done! This will ensure that all emails for FreeToastHost are not sent to the spam filter.
The above procedure is based on: email.about.com/od/gmailtips/qt/et_whitelist.htm.

Actually when I went to check his spelling -- it shows he logged in an hour ago.. so I guess all must be ok now.. whew.. ( I rather suspect he was simply having trouble navigating rather than it being an FTH problem)
