Can I add historic AGENDAs for documentation. I don't want to go back further than January of this year.

Also, the AGENDA's now include cool stuff, like speach times and the Path/Manual. Was that added recently or can we just use those going forward?

Yes - you can add agendas for any date. I recommend that you add them for a future date, and then change the date to the historic date. That way all of your current members will automatically be available for selection when assigning roles and for attendance records. You'll have to add (select) any former members on the attendance sheet to include them. Note - members will not be able to assign themselves to roles or change roles on historic agendas, that can only be done by an officer with edit access

Also, the AGENDA's now include cool stuff, like speech times and the Path/Manual. Was that added recently or can we just use those going forward?

That has always been there - but our developer has recently enhanced the selector boxes to allow filtering - they are even easier to use now. There is plenty of "cool stuff" you can do with agendas. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index

I just discovered new [to me] feature with asterisks to list a Role multiple times on the Agenda, like TMOD or Grammarian, with a single entry point for role sign up. Subsequent appearances automatically fill in name. IE *Grammarian* Role description and Word of Day is listed at top of Agenda. *Grammarian* Report listed later automatically fills in same name. Note to self: spend more time on forum to learn latest tips and tricks. THANK YOU!
