Hello--First time forum poster here.

I've been searching through the forum posts, but I haven't been able to resolve my question. How do we use the meeting attendance feature separate from the role tracker? (My question relates to the recording of attendance vs. generating the reports.) I didn't find any buttons what would allow the officers or agenda admins to be able to note that anywhere. Certainly, if a member is taking on a role, their attendance is recorded and confirmed. But we often have other members who do not have any dedicated roles at a meeting. Is there a way that their attendance can be recorded so that it can be tracked via the system (for future reporting)s? Am I simply not finding it? Or, is it that other Clubs (as part of their agenda) create an "Am Attending the Meeting" line, and that's how attendance is recorded? Any help you can provide will be appreciated. I'm usually pretty good at figuring things out, but this has me stumped. Thanks!

Hi, Brian. Thanks for the response. Yes, I found where to access the reports. What I'm looking for is the mechanism that actually records member attendance, specifically if a member is attending without a meeting role. (This happens at our meetings from time to time.) Is there a way to do that? Or will we have to create separate fields on the agenda that asks folks if they are planning to attend the meeting, and use this to record attendance? Deb O'Donnell

When the Attendance option is turned on there is a selector at the top of the agenda. To turn on see Global Agendas settings in Admin Console

Brian--Thank you. Our settings were in good shape, but your response pointed me in the right direction. I logged out, and logged in as me, the member, and I saw that at the very top of the agenda, the question is asked if members are attending the meeting or not. So, that problem is solved.

However, how do we, as admins, make updates to that? For example, let's say that I indicate that I'm planning to attend a meeting via the online agenda, but then something happens and I don't make it to the meeting. Ideally, we'd want to record that change in the system from "Yes" to "No" for purposes of long-term tracking and reporting purposes. Is there a way that we can make this change in the background? (Again, assume that I am not assigned to a specific role--that I was just attending as a regular member. I know that this change can be made on the agendas themselves.)

Thank you for all your help and patience.
