Hello, I am unable to add a new member to our website. His name is Risha Palchowdhury. His email is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. His email appears crossed out. We are Gator Toastmaster 3915. I have seen several of the same postings and have been able to find a solution that I can implement myself.

Brian Offline Administrator Posts: 10399 Thank you received: 3853	ALL people who are added to the website need to OPT-IN by clicking the link in the email that they were sent by the system. Once they click the link you can send them the welcome email and add them to the agenda.

A new member's name will be crossed out until they respond to the Opt-In email. To automatically send the opt-in email when adding members, click on the tab named Settings NEW! and modify the selections there. Once the new member clicks on the link in the email, the strikethrough will be removed, and the new member will (or can) be sent the new member email.
