I updated the profile that was emailed to me with a new password. I tried logging in as Administrative and still won't let me in. Does it take awhile before the password is updated? Also, I didn't receive an email notifying me of changes to my profile. Do you send that kind of email?

Thank you for you help!

You will never have admin password or access for the forum.
You need to go to your club website and login as the site admin

I am not sure what you mean. The screen shot was from a link I was sent to reset my profile password. I did reset it, but still cannot login into my 5298045 website as Admin.

There are different areas that you log on to differently. The screen shot you provided is your profile for this forum, not your club site.

To log in to your club website as admin you need to click the "login as site admin" button on your club website - Brian has provided a link above. If you need to reset that password you can do that from the popup screen for logging in.

Thank you for the information regarding the forum login versus the club login. I have tried to log into my 5298045 acct through the reset sent in my email 10 different times. When I go into Admin and reset the password I get an error message saying I need to login. I have tried to login before using the Admin Consul but it disappears once I log in.

Try the following:
Close all oy your browser windows which have the website open
Reload the website from the server (link at the very bottom of your page)
Log in as a member - see if you can edit your profile (on your website) without being logged out. If it is all correct just change something and save then change it back and save again.

If that works try logging in as admin again and see if it works now.

I tried all of that to no avail. Can I talk to someone over the phone? This is day three trying to get into the website.

Jennifer, we are all volunteers and do not provide phone support.

I appears to me that you are getting a bit confused between your login for this support website and your own club website. The two are separate and distinct. The logins are separate--you cannot set your password on this support website hoping that it will also cause your password for your club website to be updated... it will not work.

If you are trying to set your administrator password for your club website, you can do that via the Administrator Information tab of the Website Settings module in the Admin Console. If you are having trouble remembering your password, the simplest thing to do is to click the Forgot Password link in the Admin Login dialog from your website---a link to get in will be set to your email address registered as the admin email. I have sent this link to you... please look for it in your email.

Lastly, it looks like you may have gotten logged out when you clicked the Save button. This can happen if your browser cookie settings are not set correctly, or if you (or someone else) have tried to log in simultaneously in another browser tab or another browser instance. Please check your cookie settings, close your all your browser instances, click the Reload link at the very bottom of your screen, and reload your browser, navigate to your website and try to login again.

Please reference the following documents:
