How do I use the the role report functions?
Does it require logging in the role filled by each member or is there a way to automatically record it from the website.

One thing that is not mentioned in the documentation is that you need to reconcile your agendas after each meeting for the role reports to be accurate. By "reconcile", I mean that you need to update the agenda to reflect who *actually took each role*. The data for the role reports comes from the actual agendas... if those do not reflect the meetings, then the role reports will be inaccurate.

Yes. You have to keep the agendas as they are the role history.
