SteveTheTechie Offline Administrator Posts: 11526 Thank you received: 3795	One thing that is not mentioned in the documentation is that you need to reconcile your agendas after each meeting for the role reports to be accurate. By "reconcile", I mean that you need to update the agenda to reflect who actually took each role. The data for the role reports comes from the actual agendas... if those do not reflect the meetings, then the role reports will be inaccurate.
