Good Day,

I'm Bill Situ, the current president of Richmond Friendly Toastmasters (Club #4142). The president of the club from July to December 2018, Sal Baloo, is still receiving club emails despite him no longer being an active member. For your information, when I launch the Admin Console and select "Membership Management", his name does appear in the "Former Members" section, so I'm not sure why he is still receiving club emails.

If you happen to have an answer to this question, it'd be great if you could kindly let me know what's happening and what I could do to fix it.

Your club archive email address seems to be his address. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

If you don't need all of your email archived, just remove the entry, otherwise it is preferable not to use a private email address.

Thanks for getting back so quickly. You were certainly right about his email being in the club archive email address. I believe this will solve the problem!
