We want to have a forwarding address, This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., which forwards to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., but it is not working. Emails sent to it are rejected with the error:

"Your message has not been delivered to any of the original recipients because it has a destination club email address (This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.) that is not part of the To or CC fields."

We want to be able to use the info@ email on palm cards and other promotional material, and would like to have it use our vanity domain rather than our FTH subdomain.

What do I need to do to fix this? Thanks for your help!

The email is working as designed this is not a bug. You cannot change it.

1) your available email addresses are listed on your admin control panel

2) info@ is a spam collector and we will never use it.

3) To send email to officers-nnnn@ you need to be a member of the club.

4) You have available to your club a contact email contact-nnnn or contact@customdomain that is not filtered and you can forward to 3 officers. Please see the documentation
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/email-and-contact-forms

Thanks for the prompt reply. It would meet our needs to use the contact email to forward to 3 officers as you suggest.

It's still not working, though. All resulted in the same error message. Here is what I tried:
Attempt 1:
  1. Enabled This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on FTH
  2. Pointed the forwarding address This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. to forward to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Attempt 2:
  1. In addition to above, whitelisted This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. on FTH
Attempt 3:
  1. Changed the forwarding address to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  2. Changed the whitelist to the whole domain @pittsborotoastmasters.org on FTH
What am I doing wrong? More importantly, what do I need to do to make this work?

Thanks!
