On vpoo.toastmastersclubs.org/roles.html, how do I recover the content for all meeting roles that was deleted by a formatting issue where it kept adding additional blank bullet points automatically as a bug? It wiped out 2/3 of the content and we don't have a back-up to recreate it. How can we revert to the last saved version or recover the old content?

If this doesn't exist, can this be a new feature?

To assist you we require your club number every time.

You will have to check if web archive picked up your site and page

Wow, this was super helpful! We'll try retrieving it from the cache and be sure to use the back-up features that we didn't know about!

Sorry, do you notify subscribers when documentation is updated too?

In addition, can you provide the full or correct URL for recovering pages from the cache? The link provided gives a 404 error message at support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/r...nt-from-google-cache.

Click the link do not copy and paste.

The documentation on recovery from google cache has been there since 25 March 2017, same with the backup docs.

Thanks for the tip to click, not use the pasted link. However, does Google cache pages that are only viewable by members or officers? The instructions seem to only work for public pages cached by search engines. Any other way of recovering the content for our Leadership Roles page as of today?

When I try to back up the site, I keep getting the error on 6/22 around 10:35 am ET:
"Whoops! Looks like some work is being done on the server at the moment. This should be resolved in just a moment.

Please try your page again in a few minutes."

When should I try to back up the site?

7850496.toastmastersclubs.org/ is working correctly

I was able to use the homepage "webpage tools" and "save to file" pull down

Back when I started backing up my custom pages I ran into this too. Clicking the 'Edit this page' button in the top right corner will display the 'Save contents to file' option but you'll get that error message on any new page that you made using the custom web pages tool. Notice that it works correctly on the Home page and Meeting Info/directions.

The solution is here. Pay particular attention to the indented bullet point in the instructions;
