My new VP of PR is trying to update the site. However, the admin login doesn't work for her. It works for me and my VPE, but we can't seem to figure out why, when using the correct info, it won't let her access the site as an admin. Any thoughts?

You should just delegate access via access settings vs sharing the admin password.

Only one person should have admin access. The admin can delegate access to each of the modules to up to 3 executive officers. Please review the documentation here:
support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/access-settings

If you want to change the admin, the current admin can update the admin email address and enter a temporary password for the new admin to change once she has access.
