I've had a question in my home club come up as to who can edit an existing agenda. For clarification, we created a template with the Toastmaster's Theme and Word Of The Day in the header, to which the Toastmaster or webmaster can add. I thought our members could use the pencil to notate if they were attending that particular meeting, but I'm told they can't (this could be a training issue on my end). Can you please tell me what members or meeting roles have access to the agenda pencil and can edit or add information to an agenda. Thank you!

It is the website admin plus officer roles designated as agenda creators in the Access Settings tab of Website Settings plus any roles designated as agenda editors via the "Person assigned to this role can edit this agenda" setting for each role.

Also, editing the agenda is different than using it. Editing it refers to being able to change the roles / agenda items themselves.   Using the agenda means that you can sign up for roles on the sign-up screen and set your individual meeting attendance.

Agenda editors can also set meeting attendance in a "bulk sense" for a lot of people at once in the attendance tab of the editor, but that is really only intended for attendance "adjustments" after a meeting has occurred.
