Is there any way for a member (e.g. the site admin) to sign another member up for a role on a meeting agenda? Our club is just about to start using the FTH 3 site for the first time, and I'm sure there will be a learning curve for some members - so in the meantime, I'm curious if there's any way to sign members up for roles

Yes, the admin or VP Education, or anyone who has edit privileges to the agenda can sign up other people. See support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/agenda-index for more details.

Thanks, Jane. In all my combing through the various tabs and menus, I'd missed that part of the interface. I appreciate the quick reply.

Also, if you sign up for Toastmaster and do a refresh you will then have agenda editing capabilities.

Only if the Toastmaster role has edit privileges enabled for that role. (which is typically the case)
