Club 8213.
I started to use the FTH agenda last week when I was Toastmaster. I'm also SAA, and have Admin login info. It worked pretty well. But the goal is for the weekly Toastmaster to be able to login as a member and create a New agenda for the week. He's not seeing the + icon on the agenda page.  How to allow this?

Access to create new agendas is limited to three people one of which is always the VPE. This will not be opened up to all club members. Read about access settings here:

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/access-settings

Access to edit an existing agenda can be granted to the person in each meeting's Toastmaster role. See Role Settings in this help doc:

Thanks Richard. So we (one of the officers with Agenda access) just need to create a bunch of upcoming Agendas (based on the meeting template) and assign the Toastmaster role. Then the Toastmaster can go in and find the meeting, and edit it. That should work well, without risk of a Toastmaster accidentally editing the master template.

Correct.  Also, while your club may have a practice of assigning a Toastmaster prior to creating a meeting agenda, with FTH that is not necessary.  As you mention, your VPE or any club officer with agenda creation privileges can create a number of agendas in advance.  After that, you can either assign the TM role or you could also allow people to sign up the role--you have that flexibility with FTH.    Additionally, with the notifications feature, your VPE or Toastmaster can be notified when someone signs up for a role. The feature also allows members to be notified when they are assigned (vs signing up) to a role.

Much of this functionality is also available via the emailed agendas, albeit in a more simplified form.   This means that you can use the emailed agendas as another way to allow members to sign up for roles... they can sign up from the email.
