Good Afternoon from Australia.
A member our President keeps receiving this message, He is not computer savvy, but learning.
I checked Membership Management file and he is still placed as a member. 
Not sure what causes this to appear in his email inbox. 
Please help m to understand his issue.

He is probably using an incorrect link to get to your website.
Make sure the link he uses only has your website and nothing after it.
