We recently received a club inquiry (see attachments). Before the club officers read the email and responded to it, we received alerts from your Notification System in FreeToastHost. Neither club officer mentioned in the alert initiated this activity.Have you initiated some new security protocols between club inquiries and/or FreeToast host?

This activity appears suspicious and may be a scam please advise.

Today (11/3/23), the club recently received a club inquiry from Toastmasters Find-A-Club Inquiry system (see attachments) Before we even read the email and responded to it, almost instantly, we received an alert from your Notification System in FreeToastHost. Neither club officer mentioned in the alert took any action to add this inquiries name to the Blacklist.Have you initiated some new security protocols between club inquiries and/or FreeToast host?

Until we learn more about this issue, we will not respond to the inquiry as if it is spam.Best Regards / Saludos Cordiales / Mit freundlichen Grüßen,Deborah Lindsey a.k.a. Diamond Debbie Lindsey, DTM Club President Brakethrough Speakers TM Club #4198747

Sorry Les, I moved the duplicate topic into this one which makes it look like the club number you requested was already provided.

No changes in FTH but if this is new behavior with external emails maybe the change is in the security policies of corporate email used by your club members. That 'safelink' code was added to the urls in the email by the corporate email system.

Are you sure your Pres & VPPR didn't click the 'Is this Spam?' link? Your VPE is also a recipient of the 'Contact Us' form (the source of the email in question) and your site received only two admin notices about the blacklist.
