Member,Marjorie Benesh, when connecting to the MTV-IL.Toastmastersclubs.org, doesn't see her name in the drop down.  However, when receiving an email with the agenda, she is able to click on the "See the complete meeting agenda" at  mtvil.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda-2067637.html  and is able to log in at that point.

I have verified the spelling of her name along with her email address.  I didn't want to delete her and then add her back in, as I would lose the roles she has filled.

Ask her to clear her browser cache, use the link at the bottom of the site (Click here to reload website from server.) and try to log in again.

Additional steps if needed would be to clear cookies, try a different browser or device. Definitely don't delete/recreate her account.
