I'm in club 5708 Noon Toastmasters. I want to add a new member but she comes up in the member list with a line through her name and email address. I do not know how to fix this for her. I know she has paid her dues and is in good standing with Toastmasters International. Why can't I add her as a new member to get our club emails? I've checked all the other lists like former member and prospect member but she's only in the member list with a line through her name.

There is no connection between member accounts at Toastmasters International and FreeToastHost.

She must respond to the opt-in email to active her FTH site account and remove the line through her name. Please read this document;
