Dear Support Officers,

Thanks for your always support.
I am Club Officer to support FTH club operation.
The problem occured for one members using hotmail as email.
She received emails from the other club members, then her membership was moved to the former members folder of FTH automatically without clincking "No longer member ......" message.
Could you let me know the possible reasons and solutions?

Some email providers seem to click the "Not a Member" link before processing email with that link active.  

At this time the best way to prevent this from happening it is to set the 'Add "Not a Member?" links' option to off in your Email & Contact forms module (Email Security tab) - see       support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/reducing-spam
