Greetings from Elkridge Speakers Club, #5902. We have three new members who are not receiving opt-in emails. Is there a reason this could be happening? I have sent multiple times, asked them to check the email addresses I have entered, and to check trash and spam. Because there are three of them, I am thinking there is a glitch somewhere or something I'm doing wrong (though I don't remember this happening before.)

They all seem to have different issues:
Aimee - "Invalid/Bounced Out Recipient Email Address; 5 Retries." Is her address correct? Perhaps a .org rather than .com ?
Adele - "stat=Sent" - this usually means it has been sent to her provider - could be in her junk mail folder, or she needs to make @toastmastersclubs.org a safe sender
Pamela - "Queued mail for delivery". I think this could be a hotmail issue - please also ask her to set @toastmastersclubs.org as a safe sender

You were right on! And all three are now in our system and on their way. (It took a little time to finish this out on our end because one of the three has been out of the country.)
