Hi there. I'm serving as a coach for club 7672. They have a practice of not moving former members to the Former Members list, which means that they are receiving the weekly agenda emails and other club emails. The leadership team's theory is that former members may decide to come back to the club by seeing the continued activity. This doesn't seem like a good practice to me, and puts the club's domain at risk for being marked as spam. Is there a way to see who has Unsubscribed or marked the emails as Spam from the membership management console?

If the club has it enabled, the spam message only appears in outside email received by members via the FTH forwarding system. Results of members clicking this link will appear in the club's blacklist.

The unsub action will generate an admin message. Unless someone is clearing those messages, they will show that someone in the Members list clicked the 'Not a Member' link. Otherwise you would have to keep track of the Members list and review the Former members list for new additions.

Thanks RH. The article on Reducing Spam that you linked includes mention of "Add "Not a Member?" links to Emails sent to Members via FreeToastHost" But I can't find this option in Email Security Settings. Where can I enable this?

Also, the "Is this spam" option seems to be for club use vs. member use -- applies to NON-MEMBERS sending emails to FTH email aliases. It enables the club to add the sender's email to our blacklist.

Sorry, when I reviewed the doc for my previous reply I had forgotten that 'Not A Member' option is disabled. Newer email security systems were causing havoc with it. If you see one of those it came from an older email still contains the link.
