I am creating a single location to download all materials from our MELE for all attendees to access, even non club members.
Here is the public page: nwa.toastmastersclubs.org/MELE_North_2017_Presentations.html

When I upload the items the only way I can make them readable on my page is to make them public but when I do that, the items appear in the public downloads as well.
Can the MELE folder on the public downloads be suppressed? nwa.toastmastersclubs.org/downloads.html

I would like the MELE info to only be in one location. Is this possible?

Suggestions? :unsure:

Thank you for the information. I have seen the option to hide the entire menu link. I do not want to hide the "public down loads" link. We have items guest can down load.

I wish to have the MELE folder not appear in the public downloads automatically when I make the folder public by "unlocking it" in file management. If I set the folder to private bye "locking it", then when I hyperlink to the item it won't download from the MELE page for non-members. So I set them to public in file management, but then the folder appears on the public down loads.

I guess what I'm asking is can I upload items and set it to public and also control where I want it to show or rather not show?
