Hi - Our club currently uses software that auto assigns meeting roles for each meeting (weeks in advance). And we created a custom page to display the schedules in FTH. [South Suburban Toastmasters #1399]

We would love to do all of this within FTH. I have searched and read the UG looking for that functionality and it doesn't appear it is available with FTH.

Is that correct? Are there plans to add that enhancement?

Any ideas when this helpful feature will be implemented in your spare time? Several clubs and mentors advised us to plan ahead with upcoming meeting roles pre-assigned, but the objection from our members is that it's not integrated with FTH. This would streamline operations for planning and running current and future meetings.

There is a concern about any kind of automated feature for the potential for it to run amok and create a lot of mayhem. I know this is one of Brian's concerns, and I tend to concur.

Therefore, we generally always require some level of manual/supervisory control for these sorts of things, even for a semi-automated scheme.

I have a "working strategy" in mind for a semi-automated scheme for the future. However, it would require quite a bit of effort to implement, and the implementation would require approval of every auto-assignment to prevent it being totally automated.
