You haven't provided your club number, so we can't see your settings.

Different clubs use different addresses in Club Central - some go to the VPM, ours goes to the VPPR, some might choose the president.... There is only one address - so any email from Find-A-Club will go to that address. Some clubs might use a shared address or forward email sent to that address to various appropriate members.

The setup Steve has provided in FreeToastHost is that if the address on Club Central is a FTH officer address, any email sent to that address from BaseCamp will be directed to the VPE, President and Secretary (as set up in FTH Membership Management). Any email from anyone else (e.g. prospects) will not be forwarded to those officers, it will go directly to the email address in Club Central. In your case, assuming you have your VPM's FTH email address on Club Central, the VPM will get all email except that from Pathways BaseCamp.

The (up to) 3 contacts for the Contact Us form on your FTH website are not affected by this.

I am late seeing this, but THANK YOU SO MUCH for the update. As our members move more and more into Pathways, this is going to make life so much better for Base Camp Managers. (And now I know why one of my clubs was getting the emails distributed and another wasn't.) Great work!

That is how it works.

I will use GoDaddy in the meantime until FTH and TMHQ creates an solution. Such That they create a group email that both non members and basecamp can use for guests requests and notifications.

Not sure what you mean FTH has had a solution since the beginning.
Use the club contact email address as the find-a-club contact email and the FTH system will automatically route the base camp email to the 3 Base Camp mangers as specified by Toastmasters International.

Yes - it works fabulously...

NOTE : you must have your club officers setup properly in the membership roster AND have either the CONTACT US email address or a FTH officer email address as the "email on record" at Toastmasters International.

Can I get a copy of your "illustrated" version of the instructions? I'm a Pathways Guide and Pathways will be rolling out in 1 week. The redirect also works if they want to use an officer email address for the Find A Club address instead of using the FTH contact email address.

(Some clubs just want their VPM or VPPR officer email address listed in Find A Club & not the contact email address... that is why I added officer email addresses to the "mix".)

When I try to visit support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/192-pathways-support as a signed-in user today, this site redirects me to the Support home page and presents this message: "Error. You are not authorised to view this resource." (Using Win 10, Chrome and Firefox). -- John

I just was able to open them using 3 different browsers without any problems. Try again and let us know.

Fails for me on FIREFOX and CHROME with same error message.
Maybe Brian's admin privs let him see, but not us at this time?

Let me check into this. It fails for me when not logged in as an Ambassador as well.

The version with the "192-" in it only works for Ambassadors/Admininstrators. I'm not sure why – it seems to be a quirk of the support site software.
