I would like to request an Agenda Archive feature. Past Archives can be archived with a click of a button. There would be a separate page that displays a spreadsheet showing all the people that signed up for respective roles that week. The speech pathway assignment, title, and introduction would also be accessible either directly shown in the spreadsheet or as a link in the spreadsheet or as a hove rover pop up message. This will enhance institutional memory and provide basis for VPE to approve level completions in Pathways.

If you ignore the old agenda they disappear from your pull down, there is no need to archive. You can set how many past agendas you want to regularly see in the pull down.

The reports already exist you can produce reports by member and date on roles and speeches.
