Could the "Documentation index", and/or whichever relevant pages on this site, include a note about, or link to a (external) reference about, how to enter special characters by using hex or ascii code or UTF-8 encoded characters, etc? You could for example start by copying the info from previous topics addressing the issue. Thank you.

A site research returned only scattered pages addressing this issue. For example
support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...%E2%80%93-discussion

I was unable to find any info about how to enter special characters, for example the "@" sign in a Social Media Link. support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/social-media-links does not mention mention special characters or ascii or UTF-8 etc.

Also: Could "Documentation Index" or Glossary or whatever possibly include "Improvement Suggestions"? I found it from references in the above pages, not by clicking on every link in the header to find out that this is a menu option under "Forum", or by knowing which specific text string to search for in order to find such a page.

Thank you for your time.
