Our toastmaster club#3993, Natick-Framingham Toastmasters is trying to have some sort of easy way for members to have the correct pronunciation of a name. What I mean is: if we get a guest coming into the room from another country, instead of asking the person how to say it, we are trying to find out if there is some way to record this or have it available in toasthost. We did find some way to do it in google docs, I was wondering if anyone knows a way to do this. I hope I'm making sense.

It would be great if there was some sort of app can do this inside of toasthost. It doesn't seem like such a big deal but it might be to someone coming from another culture.

This is not something we will be pursuing any time soon. I do recognize the challenges you are encountering in your situation, but we have to be very selective about where we invest our very limited resources and time. (in this case, my time)

You could link directly to the Google doc from your FTH site. Our club uses Gmail for our archive email and the related Google docs for club operation related documents. This way club documents aren't tied to a specific member's personal accounts.

Either linked in a page of resources available to members/officers or to open directly from your site menu:

Steve, NameCoach has an API and doesn't sound terribly complicated to setup
cloud.name-coach.com/faq
It sounds like the company may have its own discounted rate for educational organizations (and Toastmasters Intl is a non-profit educational organization!)
