While there are many useful reports on Toast Host, filling roles before each meeting is the task that could use help.  I continue to maintain my own lists of:
(1) members and roles they have "Signed Up For"
(2) roles that have not been filled for the coming meeting

If I could easily generate a spreadsheet with these 2 lists, it would be helpful.
I do see that I can send the agenda to only: "Members with no meeting roles"!!!!   This is great.  But it would also be helpful if I had the two lists above I could encourage certain members to sign up for certain roles.

Thank you for any help!

Both 1 & 2 can be accomplished by printing the role sign up sheets. This report can be displayed in html or saved as a spreadsheet and can include as many future meetings as desired. (as long as an agenda is available for them)

See instructions here:
