Hello, I am acting as temporary site admin for club 1041996 as they've had some membership changes over the past few months. I'm working with the Club Coach to get the website utilized again.

I logged in as admin and was doing a few screenshots of things that can be updated to share with the Coach. When I got to the member management portion, it was blank even though I saw members there last night when I logged in. At first I assumed I cut out the data, instead of copying and pasting, so I kept trying to enter the info again. Each time I saved it, I would get an "Unknown" or "0" error (first one and then the other)/ I verified I had had no spaces, or characters that would error out and I even typed values instead of copying in case there was a hidden space or character by chance on my end in the paste process.

At this point, I closed out of everything on the website in the plan of going back in from the start . Then the website actually reverted to the main FTH site vs the one for club 1041996.

As I logged in to this site to ask to have it looked at, I see that there were some issues over the last few days that were similar to what I'm experiencing...I'm just not entirely sure at this point if I only have a member management/website access issue that will be fixed soon or if in my updating of site admin info/etc from the intro screens,I changed something I didn't realize (user error) and now have a larger problem.

Please advise what I need to do or if you need to reset it on your end and have me start from scratch...let me know so I can update the info that was in there. I'm just not entirely sure what the issue truly is as I was obviously doing too much at one time. :S

Thanks so much for your help! Carolyn - acting on behalf of Club 1041996
