I recently volunteered for the admin of our website (NOTM 234) and have my first problem.

Under "Email and Contact Forms" I've selected the "recipient of replies to agenda notification" to be "VPed", yet the information generated in the email is "Admin" <This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.>, which is not our VPed's email address. We have correctly (I believe) labeled a VPed.

Any help or advise would be appreciated.

Apologies from the newbie.

You need to review all the documentation for the site and do some exploring on the site.

Check the Reply To field of the *email*. (You are referring to the From field.) That is what really matters. You should find that if you actually do a reply, the correct addresses are used.

Ok, strike that. I forgot that the Reply-To setting is resolved when the reply email is received by our email system. That is also why the agenda email emails have the number in the subject line... that ties the email content to a specific agenda so that if the Toastmaster is one of recipients, they can be identified.

Some emails intentionally do not have full address information in them for privacy reasons.
